System updates in November 2026

On November 5, 2026, a system update was performed on the cluster.

1. The operating system on the head and compute nodes has been updated to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP7, previously running version 15 SP6.
2. The Slurm workload manager has been updated from version 23.02.7 to 24.11.5.
3. New versions of Intel oneAPI compilers and OpenHPC packages have been installed. The gnu15 compiler has been added, and the intel/2025.2.1 compiler has been replaced with intel/2025.2.2.
4. Intel oneAPI version 2025.0 is now used by default. Previously, Intel oneAPI version 2024.0 was the default.
