The Infiniband switch, which is used for MPI exchanges, upgraded on May 31, 2024. Please take this into account when analyzing and comparing the speed of calculations performed before and after May 31, 2024.

The communication speed between nodes in the short queue is now lower than it was before.

The communication speed between nodes in the normal queue should not change much. However, if you observe a noticeable decrease in speed compared to calculations before May 31, 2024, then please contact the cluster administrators for more details.

The head and auxiliary nodes are now connected to Infiniband network, which will significantly speed up file exchanges in normal queue.
