Cluster upgrade on April 1, 2021

The following changes are planned on April 1, 2021:

1. Removal of auxiliary node h2.
2. Removal of old nodes cl1n001–cl1n016.
3. Installation of new nodes cl1n031–cl1n050.
4. Upgrade of RAM size on nodes cl1n023-cl1n030.
5. New queue x20core.
6. Removal of x8core and e5core queues.
7. Queue long moves to node cl1n022, core count increases to 12.
8. New default queue – x10core.
