Retirement of h2 node

Auxiliary headnode h2 will be removed from the system during upcoming planned upgrade.

The data from /data4t and /data14t partitions will be moved to h1 node.

If you are using specific software available only at h2 node, please contact Alexander Danilov to move it to h1 node.

Planned removal date is April 1, 2021.

We finished moving user dirs to /data90t partition.
