Cluster shutdown on February 18

The cluster will be offline during upgrade on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. The shutdown is scheduled for 10:00am. Jobs that do not have enough time to finish before 10:00am on February 18 will be queued and will be started after the upgrade.

After upgrade, the following nodes will be disabled: cl1n039, cl1n040, cl1n041, cl1n042. New nodes will be added to the queue system after they are fully configured.
