Brief technical details about the cluster #

The cluster contains one main headnode (desert), one auxiliary node (coral), and 36 compute nodes (n[01-36]).

Main node desert #

  • HDD: system disk 480 GB.
    RAID-6 disk 140 TB for user data.

  • 16 cores (two 8-core processors Intel Xeon E5-2630v3@2.40GHz).
  • RAM: 64 GB.
  • HDD: system disk 240 GB.
    RAID-6 disk 90 TB for user data.
