The cluster contains one main headnode (h1) and 34 computing nodes (cl1n017 — cl1n050).

Main headnode (h1) #

  • 16 cores (two 8-core processors Intel Xeon E5-2630v3@2.40GHz).
  • RAM: 64 GB.
  • HDD: system disk 240 GB.
    Raid disk /data90t (90 TB) for user data. This disk is available on all nodes. The disk is shared by three groups: users, geosci, and biomath. The total size of each group is limited.
  • OS: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2 (x86_64).
